Sky expands our very popular Premium Office offering, where members will have exclusive access to relax in the Sky Lounge as well as all that neosapce offers – onsite gym and wellness facilities, meeting rooms, cafe and Trackman golf simulator.
Members will receive first class support from our hosting team. Our friendly, professional team will ensure that your serviced office and facilities are set up from day one. Moving forward they will keep you up to date on our networking calendar and what’s new at neospace. Quickly you will benefit and feel very much part of the thriving neospace community.
Available to move in from January 2025, level 3 at neospace is where you will discover the heights of a new way of working.

Following sustained and unprecedented demand for the neospace concept, we are expanding Premium membership into Level 3 of Neo House. Completion is scheduled for January 2025. This final release of Premium Office space is available now to view and reserve.
On Level 3 Premium Offices will have panoramic views of the River Dee or the Aberdeen skyline. Members will have exclusive access to relax in the Sky Lounge and can work out at the on-site gym. A well-stocked cafe, high-tech meeting rooms and a Trackman golf simulator can be found on the lower ground floor.

Located on the banks of the River Dee, outside of the LEZ but only a short walk from Union Square and Duthie Park, neospace offers a convenient location. Members on Level 3 will enjoy panoramic views of the River Dee and the Aberdeen skyline. Large windows draw in natural light creating a bright
inviting space, and with panoramic vistas, make the ideal backdrop for the working day.

Serviced Premium Offices at neospace are airy, light infused spaces that feature built-in storage and are fully furnished with desks and ergonomic chairs.
Premium Offices have floor to ceiling, sound-proofed glass entrances that detail your company’s name. Controlled access ensures your office is secure, even when you are nipping across the passage to one of the two fully stocked pantries on Level 3.
