We offer a varied timetable of classes. Our brilliant team of highly qualified instructors share a real passion for teaching and whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned gym enthusiast everyone is welcome.

neogym offers a wide range of classes from bootcamp & circuits to yoga. The cost of classes is included in your monthly membership fee or can be paid for separately on a Pay As You Go basis: £6 per class payable at the Juice Bar.
